Phone Conference Bridge
The Technology Services Help Desk now has a list of all full-time staff and faculty members’ phone conference bridge Moderator and Participant PIN’s.
The conference number for everyone to use is: 917-942-7142
Anyone wishing to hold a conference call can call the Help Desk, 908-231-8811/x7887, identify themselves, and be given their unique reusable PIN numbers.
The 917 number and the Participant PIN can be distributed to the call participants.
The moderator simply dials 917-942-7142 and when prompted for the participant number enters the Moderator PIN. The participants dial the same 917 number and enter the Participant PIN.
Parking Lot Wifi Access
Lots 2 and 9 have WIFI access (student and staff networks) login with G# and password

BigBluebutton: If you click the "Conferences" link in the left hand menu of your Canvas course shell you'll automatically launch BigBlueButton which allows you to easily conduct video conferences with your students. Check the Canvas Instructor Guides for tutorials like this one. This video from 2016 is also a very nice intro to the tool, although some of the features look different in the current version.

Microsoft Teams: This is an app that's included with Office365 at RVCC that allows for group collaborations and video conferences. You can explore its features in an online demo or watch training videos by Microsoft.
